Bi-directional data exchange - Constant Contact to Zoho
My hope in using your software to integrate Zoho and ConstantContact was that the exchange of information would be bi-directional. I expected that when I sent mass emails through CC the Member Status in Zoho Campaigns would be updated for me. Am I missing something in the setup? Do I have to upgrade to get this feature?

Hi Fred,
Our team sees you are syncing "leads" and have not chosen your "contacts" sync profile yet.
Your marketing campaigns should work on your contacts if you have those set up in Zoho which will create lists in Constant Contact.
Please let us know or call the main number to get help on the set-up.

I replied to your email, but see it goes to a no reply address. I am not comfortable posting my phone number in an open forum.
I am synching leads and could not figure out how to change it. So a created leads to test with but now that I think about it I may have set up the Zoho campaign incorrectly.

Okay, I better understand the process.
How do I change the Synch Profile from Module Type: Lead to Module Type: Contacts?-
Fred,
Since you are on the Free Trial just remove the "Lead" sync and create a "Contact" Sync to run in the system.
I will make a note for our team to roll out both (Lead & Contact) profiles for Free Trials to make it easier than deleting the current one you have set up to run the other.

The dual Sync Profile feature for Leads, Contacts in Zoho CRM Sync has been implemented so you no longer will have to remove any during the free trial.
