Managing bounces in Mailchimp to our Zoho CRM using SyncApps?
I have a question about bounces. We are planning to sync Mailchimp to our zoho crm using your Cazoomi SyncApp integration: If an email is flagged as a hard bounce, I understand it will not be emailed anymore. Does this information translate to our zoho crm? And then if the email is fixed on zoho, is it going to be emailed again? Thanks, E

Hi Erika,
Currently only unsubscribed status will be synced back to Zoho CRM (will set opt-out as true).
If you change contact/lead email, the new email will be synced to Mailchimp so it will be emailed again.
