Our company currently uses Highrise to store our contact data. We're looking at a different email marketing company to do things our current one does not. I see that Cazoomi has a sync that works with Highrise and Constant Contact. Can you tell me a little about how the tagging system works between the two?
Specifically, we have different tags for different lists of people. Some mailings go out to one group, other mailings go out to a different group (dependent on tag). Now we want to add a subscription-based list (in addition to the ones we already have) and email through Constant Contact.
Do you know how that would work?

Thank you Megan for the question.
Here is our partner link for signing up Constant Contact is you haven't already for our Sync App Trial:
http://cazoomi.constantcontact.com
Also, in the Cazoomi Sync each tag you specify creates its own list in Constant Contact.
Your current tags will become lists and new tags like "subscription-based list" as well to sync.
Look forward to seeing you in our free trial of Cazoomi SyncApps:

1) I know when you helped me get everything set up you said to tag the PEOPLE (not companies) in Highrise with the ConstantContact tag. What if there is not a person linked to a company but there is an email address? Will that email pull to synch with Constant Contact?
2) What if someone forgets to tag the person and tags the company instead? Will the emails listed under the company pull to synch?
