Zendesk - Rally Software Integration Widget

Just returned from a very windy Saturday run in SF:) and saw your email.

Looking thru http://www.zendesk.com/integrations I don't see Rally but there are other similar competitors which I think would be a model for it.

Feel free to call us at 415.400.4541 to discuss how you would like the integration to function for your company.

If you are using NetSuite as you CRM we have a SaaS offering at http://syncapps.cazoomi.com or if you use Salesforce then Zendesk has a very robust integration: http://www.zendesk.com/product/salesf...

Thanks for the call and we have worked out the solution for you all with our partner, Coherence Design, www.coherencedesign.co.uk, and will present it next week to your team.

The solution is a good use case of why Rally Software and Zendesk should tie up nicely together in a widget/sync app for your team to have a 360 degree view of the support process.
